WHAT I OFFER
- - Two prenatal visits (development of relationship, birth plan, practice of physical coping techniques and relaxation exercises, access to informational resources), attendance of your labor, birth and immediate post-partum period. 1-2 post-partum visits (breastfeeding support, experience counseling).
- - A backup doula in the event that I cannot attend your birth due to illness or emergency.
- - Continuous telephone support before your birth and during the early post-partum period.
- - A lending library of books, as well as information on local and national resources.
- - A birth story to help commemorate your birth
- - Low or no-cost services to women who have a deep desire for a doula attended birth and do not have the means for the regular fee .
